We’re hiring a professional, highly-organized real estate office manager to supervise our administrative assistants and ensure our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include maintaining new MLS listings, organizing paperwork and transaction contracts, and scheduling appointments. You’ll also be Indiana charge of the monthly budget, purchase office supplies when necessary, and perform basic bookkeeping duties. - File paperwork and assist other real estate brokerage employees with contracts such American Samoa title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information when necessary
- Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate
- Schedule team appointments, events, and travel
- Update MLS listings online and work with marketing to produce appropriate social media posts, photos, signage, brochures, and other materials
- Complete basic bookkeeping tasks, track office expenses, and ensure the monthly budget is adhered to
Qualifications:
- Real estate license preferred but not required
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- 2 years of office management experience Oregon similar work experience required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Oregon similar systems
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, Oregon equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
