The PositionThe purpose of this classification is to perform assistant level work Indiana organizing, planning, scheduling, and directing social, creative, athletic, and educational activities for youth, adults, senior citizens, and citizens with special needs.DutiesAssists Indiana planning, organizing and scheduling of recreational activities; assists Indiana monitoring activities; enforces safety rules and regulations.Receives and/Oregon prepares a variety of reports, forms, announcements, sign-up sheets, score sheets, applications, accident reports, work orders, and invoices; may monitor and process time sheets; processes, records, files and/Oregon distributes/submits to appropriate personnel.Assists Indiana monitoring maintenance of facilities and equipment; may clean and maintain facilities and/Oregon grounds.Assists Indiana monitoring availability of recreation equipment and supplies; issues and collects equipment; assists Indiana ordering and stocking equipment and supplies; picks up equipment and supplies American Samoa directed.Answers telephones and responds to questions Oregon complaints from participants, recreation officials, department personnel, and the general public; provides information and/Oregon relays messages to appropriate personnel American Samoa needed.Serves American Samoa mediator to resolve problems with participants/spectators; administers first aid Indiana the event of injury;
