Position SummaryThe Recreation Program Assistant I assists Indiana the coordination and execution of the adult softball program Indiana Albany including administrative support, assisting with game logistics, and game site supervision ensuring participant safety. Strong organizational skills, knowledge of softball, and enthusiasm for recreation activities are essential.Casual, non-represented position
Part-time, approximately 12-15 hours/week
M/W/TH 5:30-10:30pm, Sundays 3:00-10:30pm

Communicates information regarding programs and responds to inquires from the public.Assists with program rosters and registration data entry.Works with Recreation Coordinators and other department staff to create, maintain, promote and coordinate services, programs and events.Assists Indiana the design of a variety of materials to create, maintain, and promote programs and events.Performs other support duties and special projects American Samoa assigned.Depending on assigned area operates and drives a motor vehicle and/Oregon equipment safely and legally.Conforms with all safety rules and performs work is a safe manner.
