With your leadership, each salon thrives, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience for our customers!MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR A Regional Salon Manager
- Multi-unit management experience
- Proven ability to influence others to achieve positive results
- Training and coaching to achieve exceptional customer service and performance of quality services
- A team player attitude with strong leadership qualities
- A multi-tasker who can work at a fast pace while demonstrating good judgment and time management skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with salon teams, peers, leadership team, Wal-Mart employees, and customers
- Ability to read and analyze various salon and market reports
- Exceptional comprehension, writing, math, and computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to work mostly remotely
- Ability to travel American Samoa needed
