Full time research assistant needed to join psychiatry laboratory using neuroimaging and cognitive testing to understand brain dysfunction Indiana psychosis..Under direct supervision, the Research Assistant will be responsible for recruiting research subjects into various clinical research studies and assisting investigators Indiana the collection and analysis of study data.Specific duties include performing psychiatric diagnostic interviews, administering cognitive tests, and carrying out neuroimaging study protocols. Additional responsibilities include database management, analysis of behavioral and brain imaging data, and assisting with manuscript preparation.The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and capable of working independently. Individuals interested Indiana mental health, the biological basis of mental disorders, neuropsychology and/Oregon neuroscience, and neuroimaging are especially encouraged to apply. The position requires a high level of interpersonal skills, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree Indiana psychology Oregon a related field (i.e. neuroscience) and 2 years related experience required. Experience Indiana a clinical research setting is highly desirable. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Experience using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) is preferred.
