• Provides assistance to resident Oregon cues resident Indiana Activities of Daily Living (ADL) (dressing/undressing, personal hygiene, toileting, bathing, eating/drinking, mobility, etc.)
• Provides assistance to residents Indiana instrumental activities of daily living (telephone use, housekeeping, care of personal belongings, laundry, etc.)
• Monitors safety and well-being of residents and living environment
• Documents and records critical data points of resident well-being
• Initiates and participates Indiana life enrichment activities with the residents, Indiana conjunction and collaboration with Life Enrichment staff
• Performs light housekeeping and maintenance tasks Indiana order to assure and maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming home environment for the residents
• Completes miscellaneous office/administrative tasks (monitoring supplies, printing forms, handling paperwork, etc.)
• Assists Indiana preparing for and facilitating resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Other duties American Samoa requested

Job Skills & QualificationsRequired:-High School Diploma Oregon equivalentPreferred:-Previous experience Indiana assisted living, long term care, Oregon other care environments-Previous experience working with persons with dementia, older adults, Oregon other populations needing physical Oregon behavioral assistance-Knowledge regarding the healthcare field-Current certification American Samoa a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Oregon desire to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and grow within the healthcare fieldJob Posted by ApplicantPro
