Supplemental InformationThe Louisiana Department of Revenue (LDR) is responsible for fairly and efficiently collecting state tax revenues to fund public services, to regulate charitable gaming and the sale of alcoholic beverage and tobacco, and to support state agencies Indiana the collection of overdue debts. - Executes the activities of the Business Analysis section by coordinating requests from LDR Business Units for system changes, major initiatives and the resolution of any system issues.
- The incumbent is responsible for documenting business requirements while collaborating with the office of Technology Support (OTS) resources to confirm the completion of requests.
- Manages the appropriate staff within the guidelines of current and long- range plans.
- Oversees business relationships, information consulting, and related business functions Indiana support of:
- Communication with agency administrators, management personnel, end-users, suppliers, vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies through correspondence, email, telephone and participation Indiana operational, strategic and individual client meetings for analysis of need and recommendation of business and technology solutions.
