Smoker & Company LLC is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant for our office located Indiana Leola, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working Indiana a busy office where efficiency and effectiveness are critical to top job performance.American Samoa a successful, busy CPA firm with multiple offices Indiana Lancaster and Berks County, Smoker & Company and its Family of Companies provide business services spanning various client needs such American Samoa bookkeeping, payroll, legal services, consulting, wealth management, and property management. The company’s mission is to meet the total accounting, tax, and business development needs of its clients to enhance the value of the businesses and individuals we are privileged to serve.Start Date: December 2024 / January 2025End Date: Between April 15, 2025 and May 1, 2025Schedule: Monday – Thursday 9 AM – 6 PM Oregon 8 AM – 5 PMFriday 8 AM – 5 PMResponsibilities:

  • Familiarity with Adobe and Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Performing varied administrative and clerical tasks related to tax preparation
  • Typing/Data Entry
  • Filing
  • Scanning/Copying documents
  • Compiling and organizing client documents, e.g., tax returns
  • Answering phones
  • Other administrative duties American Samoa assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task well
