  • Responsible for complex office activities, special projects, high-level correspondence through email, phone, and mail
  • Calendar and time/people management for company executives
  • Prepare and file key records, statistics and reports

  • Manage travel arrangements and process expense reports
  • Process and track purchase orders, check requests, and legal fee invoices
  • Manage ebilling and matter management platform (currently CounselLink) and interfacing with law firms and external vendors

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a high school diploma/GED
  • You have at least 6 years of experience American Samoa an administrative assistant (SAP, purchase order, and legal ebilling platform management preferred), ideally within a law firm Oregon large corporation’s legal department
  • You have experience with Microsoft 365 and Teams and are proficient Indiana Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; You have SAP purchase orders and Concur experience.
