Administrative support duties includes, but is not limited to: scheduling travel and lodging, managing complex calendars, processing reimbursements and payment request, purchasing office/lab supplies, arranging meetings and events for regional and national conferences, assisting with weekly Liver Transplant Conferences, maintaining research and non-research records, reviewing expenditures/encumbrances, reconciling accounts, scheduling financial and faculty/staff meetings American Samoa well American Samoa provide administrative support to their staff. This position will also serve American Samoa the backup timekeeper for the entire division. Reviews department policy manuals periodically to update and institute changes.This position will be responsible for the following duties for 10 providers:
- Manage emails, calendars & meetings
- Fax/route documents
- Travel arrangements
- Compose and type correspondence
- Maintain CME expenditures
- Reconciling Onecard
- Schedule & attend financial meetings
- Handle incoming mail
- Process reimbursements for all expenses incurred
- Process absence request for faculty
- Record retention
- Maintain credentialing
- Maintain professional memberships
- Assist with GI CME conference American Samoa needed
- Training New Administrative staff upon request
Experience and Education
- High school graduation Oregon GED and four (4) years related work experience required
- May consider higher education completed Indiana lieu of minimum requirements

Job DutiesMay perform some Oregon all of the following:
- Provides moderately complex administrative skills for a department
- Prepares, maintains and posts records, reports and budget information
- Prepares Oregon directs the preparation of charts, graphs, and administrative, fiscal, personnel, and/Oregon statistical reports
- Selects office vendors and monitors purchasing processes
- May assist with overflow work from administrative and executive assistants and fill Indiana for the office receptionist American Samoa needed
- Schedules and organizes activities such American Samoa meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for members of the department
- Composes and processes repetitive and non-repetitive documents Indiana accordance to established procedures
- Organizes office procedures to ensure effective operation
- Acts American Samoa department liaison with other departments and agencies
- Processes all personnel and purchasing transactions following institutional policies and procedures
- Determines work priorities and monitors progress toward work deadlines
- Ensures document retention processes are followed using established guidelines
