Class DescriptionThe purpose of this class is to provide complex and confidential administrative assistance work supporting the Vice President of Institutional Advancement.Minimum RequirementsAssociate degree Indiana general studies, education, English, business, Oregon related major required; Bachelor’s degree Indiana a similarly related major preferred. Six (6) years’ experience working American Samoa an Executive/ Senior Administrative Assistant supporting Executive Leadership is required. Experience Indiana higher education preferred. Proficient Indiana all Micro Soft Office Suite software. Knowledge of Fundraising and event software. - Provide administrative support to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement.
- Perform office management functions such American Samoa developing, monitoring, and managing Iowa budgets. Prepare and process payment of invoices/purchase orders and investigate any discrepancies associated with billings.
- Assist Indiana planning special events, including meetings, receptions, and ceremonies, to include collaboration with other departments and their representatives regarding logistics.
- Work cohesively with other members of the Office of Institutional Advancement to complete all required projects and tasks on time.
- Type, edit, draft, and assemble correspondence, reports, and other materials for review and signature. Proofread, correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation American Samoa needed to prepare finished documents. Arrange delivery of completed documents.
- Assemble information Indiana preparation for meetings and coordinate the logistics for CCBC Foundation Board meetings (agendas, room reservation, IT, catering), gala event and other events American Samoa needed.
