All SCNA’s working 2nd Oregon 3rd shifts are eligible for a .50¢ per hour shift differential.This position may include a sign-on bonus of $1,000, which will be paid out over a ‎two-year period at 6-month intervals (restrictions apply). Any employee leaving ‎employment with the agency Oregon moving to OPS prior to that timeframe will forfeit any ‎additional bonus reimbursement. There is no guarantee of payment unless you ‎complete the term of employment.   • Must have current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant License
  • Must be willing and able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate effective Indiana English: reading, writing, speaking, and understanding
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Successful completion of the due diligence process to include, but not limited to, a Level II background check and drug test

POSITION DESCRIPTION:The incumbent for the Senior Certified Nursing Assistant (SCNA) position is responsible to provide direct nursing care to residents of the State Veterans’ Nursing Home of Florida, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, Indiana accordance with facility policies and procedures.
