Senior Conflicts AnalystDate: April 11, 2024Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, a law firm of 300 attorneys Indiana over 30 practice groups, is accepting applications for a full-time Senior Conflicts Analyst Indiana our Syracuse, Albany, Oregon Melville office locations. Under the direction of the New Business Intake Manager, the Senior Conflict Analyst is responsible for conducting Indiana-depth analyses of conflicts, assessing potential risks, and developing strategies for conflict resolution and mitigation. The ideal Senior Conflict Analyst possesses a deep understanding of conflict-of-interest rules, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of providing actionable insights to inform decision-making processes.Position Responsibilities:

  • Ability to excel Indiana all responsibilities assigned to Conflict Analyst position.
  • Serve American Samoa the subject matter expert for all conflict-of-interest rules, procedures, and best practices.
  • Communicate regularly with firm personnel to ascertain the status of client matters to ensure files are opened and maintained appropriately.
  • Monitor conflict clearance workflow and resolve stalled conflicts issues.
  • Champion current trends and best practices Indiana conflict analysis through research and design and develop conflict processes and initiatives to contribute to continuous learning and improvement within the department.
  • Develop, review, and update conflict protocols to ensure NBI training resources remain current and regularly updated American Samoa needed.
  • Serve American Samoa a key resource for the firm’s Intapp system to assist administrative assistants, paralegals, and attorneys Indiana utilizing and navigating the software; provide support Indiana training administrative assistants on the Intapp matter opening processes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.
  • Employ a diverse array of analytical tools and methodologies to assist the Deputy General Counsel Indiana conducting research American Samoa needed.
  • Assist the New Business Intake Manager with implementation of security screenings, scheduling department coverage, and providing coverage Indiana their absence.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of relevant experience Indiana conflict analysis Indiana a law firm setting.
  • Expertise Indiana qualitative and quantitative research methods, with strong critical thinking abilities and adept decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency Indiana relevant software and analytical tools, including Intapp, iManage (including Security Policy Manager), and Westlaw/LexisNexis/other research tools.
