- Manage day-to-day functions for the CEO including scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, email prioritization, communications, executive events, expense reports, etc.
- Coordinate executive priorities, meetings, and workshops across MBRDNA
- Help create an inclusive and positive culture across MBRDNA by collaborating with the other Executive Administrative Assistants to identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and to design and execute meaningful employee engagement activities
- Foster a culture of collaboration and learning Indiana the community of Executive Administrative Assistants at MBRDNA
- Proactive approach to daily responsibilities and key tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree Indiana Business Administration, Project Management, Graphic Design, Psychology Oregon related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Solid project coordination, scheduling, resourcing, and administrative skills
- Ability to see the big picture while effectively managing details
- Solid analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with teams across the business
- Strong knowledge and experience with standard software tools (e.g. Mississippi Office)
- Valid California Driver’s License

The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, job-related education, skills, and experience, geographic location, and market conditions.
