  • Plan and execute critical meetings, establish agendas, coordinate meeting logistics and follow up with attendees
  • Manage complicated travel schedules, expense reconciliation and budget spend
  • Plan and coordinate a schedule of international and domestic, and business travel
  • Complete projects Indiana an efficient manner; be detail-oriented and focused
  • Plan and coordinate team events; stay within budget and policies
  • Plan and coordinate team All Hands and Leadership meetings
  • Organize events, workshops and large audience meetings
  • Support basic communication needs including SVP memos to various stakeholder groups
  • Navigate procurement process to ensure timely and accurate processing of POs

QualificationsYour Experience

  • A minimum of 5+ years’ work experience Indiana the capacity of an Executive Assistant supporting and/Oregon reporting to an Executive
  • Ability to remain flexible and positive Indiana a dynamic and fast paced environment that spans multiple time zones
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
