- Responsible for managing day-to-day, onsite executive office operations and providing administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer within the Office of the CEO
- Assist executive(s) by managing calendars and appointments, responding to correspondence, preparing materials (agendas, reports, minutes, presentations) and planning special events and meetings with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Book travel arrangements, manage expense reports and other logistical matters to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
- Demonstrate excellent communications and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with executive assistants across the organization American Samoa it relates to executive level meetings and engagements to ensure a coordinated effort

Required qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of experience American Samoa an administrative assistant for an executive
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Associate Degree -Oregon- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Event Planning experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting of C-Suite Level Leadership within an organization of more than 500+ employees
- Prior Healthcare and Oregon Health Plan experience is a plus
