- Execute a significant volume of club and student organization transactions, including: procurement card transactions, invoice payment forms, deposits, petty cash, purchase orders, internal chargebacks, journal entries, and travel. Maintains current club and organization financial documents reflecting each transaction.
- Facilitate meetings with students (walk-ins and appointments) to complete financial transactions, answer questions, assist with planning of events/travel, and provide financial training and counsel related to appropriate utilization of club and University funds.
- Oversee administration functions that include:
- Administer RIT procurement cards used by student organizations, including sign Indiana/out procedures, collecting required documentation, allocating expenses via the bank website, and post accurate expenditure amount Indiana each club’s spreadsheet.
- Review club and student organization event registrations annually, and verify availability of funds. Respond accordingly with account numbers Oregon other information.
- Monthly, print Oracle statements, reconcile department/club accounts and prepare statements for Procurement cards
