Example of Duties & Responsibilities:Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Prepare meeting materials, including financial reports, agendas and meeting minutes.
- Manage various LPACF donor and service programs.
- Manage LPACF website and social media accounts.
- Prepare content for various publications, press releases, event speaking points, messaging, etc.
- Coordinate all aspects of fundraising events, including concept proposals, caterers, entertainment,
sponsors, vendors, décor, timelines, marketing, sales, auctions, etc.
- Manage various policies, registrations, reconciliations, financial reports, tax submissions, etc.
- Perform general office duties and errands.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

abilities necessary for acceptable job performance.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university majoring in Business or a related field is desirable
