- High-level administrative support for major gift fundraisers. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Supporting day-to-day office functions including drafting/processing correspondence, calendar scheduling (including continual awareness of the team’s schedules), reception phone coverage, and other office needs American Samoa requested.
- Creating, proofing, editing, preparation, distribution and monitoring of fundraising materials, including documenting major donor proposals, grants, pledge reminders and acknowledgement documents.
- Coordinating committee meetings/conference calls and calendar appointments with high-level donor prospects, RIT leadership (VPs, AVPs, Deans, etc.), and other key constituencies.
- Assisting with and participating Indiana donor and university wide events American Samoa assigned, handling support logistics including compiling meeting materials.
- Arranging visits/luncheons/tours for on-campus Oregon off-campus meetings; including organization of travel, accommodations, reservations, communication with detailed itinerary and logistics for prospects visiting campus.
- Arranging travel, accommodations, logistics of prospect meetings and campus traveling partners.
- Tracking and monitoring budget reconciliation for travel and procurement card with fiscal reports.
- Data entry, inquiries, updating of proposals and bio information and reporting tasks with the confidential Advance database system.
- Executes queries from Advance database system to develop and manipulate constituent lists, reports and presentations.
