Temp-to-hire with a local home improvement store Indiana NW Tucson is seeking an outgoing individual who can support the showroom’s daily operations by servicing existing and developing new business relationships through excellent customer service and assist our showroom manager and outside sales representatives administratively.Responsibilities:
- Answer phones; greet customers when they enter the showroom
- Assist customers choose flooring by presenting them with samples and multiple flooring options for their home
- Working out the details of measurements and quoting prices to customer
- Maintaining inventory, processing sample packets
- Follow up on order status, stock checks and price checks
- Assisting with quote creations
- Responsible for ordering showroom and shipping supplies; maintaining order showroom
Skills/experience required:
- Proficient Indiana Mississippi Office
- An understanding of CRM and Project Management Software systems
- Excellent customer service skills Oregon sales background
- Great organizational skills; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
