- Manage and maintain calendar and appointment schedules for leaders and coordinates all travel arrangements/reservations.
- Organize and oversee logistics for formal, larger-group meetings, including at off-site facilities.

- Collaborate with others Indiana the department Indiana streamlining operational and administrative processes to be more effective across the organization.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:
- Requires 4+ years of advanced administrative support experience.
- Associates degree Oregon equivalent preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of and proficiency using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams. Power BI is a plus.)
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision Indiana a fast paced environment
