Strategic Education is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to partner with and support the President of its US Higher Education business segment, and possibly other senior leaders. This person will manage a wide range of administrative and executive related tasks American Samoa well American Samoa leading projects and initiatives Indiana support of this leader. The individual must be exceedingly well organized and flexible, an expert at multi-tasking, and possess the ability to interact with staff at all levels.The Sr. Executive Assistant serves American Samoa a liaison to senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. Confidentiality is crucial to this role and attention to detail is critical.This role will be based out of the Capella Tower Indiana downtown Minneapolis. The role is hybrid with onsite expectations of 3+ days a week.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential executive and administrative support and assistance requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices.
- Develop a high degree of business acumen and enterprise awareness to facilitate the ability to support executives.
- Support leadership meetings and division Town Halls by coordinating the planning, agenda, and organizing/communicating events decisions.
- Assists with preparation and distribution of correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Responds to and resolves non-routine and complex inquiries on behalf the executive supported.
- Directs inquiries to other staff American Samoa needed.
- Executes expense reports and related items.
- Schedule/coordinate appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and related arrangements. Applies critical judgment on prioritization of the executive’s schedule and time commitments.
- Bring forth recommendations for timely decision-making and execution.
- Manage the strong execution of select strategic projects that require cross-team collaboration.

Education:
