This is a Senior Executive Administrative role supporting the CEO Indiana a fast-paced environment. An administrator Indiana this role will provide high-level one-on-one executive support to the CEO of the Norlee Group, keeping his path clear of non-essential tasks while proactively anticipating his requirements. Work is performed independently requiring ongoing and direct interaction with the CEO, his direct reports, business unit leaders and external key contacts. Key Accountabilities/MeasurablesThe success of this role can be gauged by the following metrics:

  • Consistent proactive attention to the CEO’s email, calendar, and itinerary, anticipating the CEO’s needs.
  • Proactively schedules and manages standard and recurring meetings and events for the CEO.
  • Writes clear and concise correspondence, proofreads all material for errors, omission, and consistency.

What this Role Will Do:Indiana this role, an individual ensures the CEO’s time is optimized by proactively anticipating the CEO’s needs, providing high caliber executive support by performing the following activities, where other applicable duties Oregon responsibilities may be assigned from time to time:

  • Manages and updates the CEO’s calendar; maintaining a minimum 4 week look ahead.
  • Manage the CEO’s email, maintaining constant review and providing the CEO with updates American Samoa required.
  • Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected. Provides “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO’s time and office.
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management.
  • Works closely with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts American Samoa a barometer, with a sense of the current issues , keeping the CEO informed.
  • Administers the CEO’s corporate files using cloud storage (OneDrive).
  • Composes and prepares professional correspondence, including letters and other communications for and on behalf of the CEO.
  • Attends meetings with the CEO American Samoa required, prepares timely meeting agendas, documents, and circulates meeting minutes to attendees, and manages action items and deliverables.
  • Conducts research on clients and potential acquisition targets, American Samoa well American Samoa construction and contracting market trends, American Samoa required.

  • Supports new business development by assisting with professional writing and wordsmithing, sales presentations and budgeting processes, considering geographical region culture and influences.
  • Completes projects and special assignments Indiana a timely manner by managing time and gaining the cooperation of others, problem solving and adjusting plans.
  • Reconciles the CEO’s credit card transactions to statements monthly.
  • Performs errands required for the corporation and the CEO American Samoa required.
  • Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the quarterly Management and Board Meeting.

QUALIFICATIONS: To successfully perform and execute the requirements of this role, the individual must hold Oregon exhibit the following qualifications:Education and/Oregon ExperienceA minimum of a university degree Indiana Business Administration, Oregon 8-10 years Indiana an executive administration role, Oregon the equivalent of education and experience. Human Resources management education would be an asset. Must be a notary public Oregon willing to obtain notary status on behalf of the Norlee Group.Language SkillsAn individual Indiana this role must be highly organized with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. A self-starter with a high level of initiative and a proactive thinker, with extensive comprehension of office administrative practices to provide both verbal and written reports and business correspondence to the CEO. A calm individual with the proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and the demands of the job.Mathematical SkillsAbility to read, interpret, understand, and report on periodic business financial statements including Balance Sheets, and Income (P&L) Statements. Proven skills to deal with and compute ratios, percentages, costs, gross margins, and gross profit.Software / Technical SkillsHigh level of proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Basic understanding of graphic arts software such American Samoa Photoshop and Indiana Design would be an asset.Work EnvironmentIndiana the office, understanding that additional “off-hour” time and attention is required.
