Our office is responsible for the prosecution of all crimes committed Indiana Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties.We are currently recruiting attorneys with prosecutorial experience for lateral hires. The ideal applicant will have at least five years of experience prosecuting criminal cases of fraud and economic crimes Indiana Florida. Qualified applicants should have experience with multi-victim cases and prosecuting racketeering (RICO), organized fraud, embezzlement, contractor fraud, elder exploitation, credit card fraud, and illegal use of personal identifying information. Applicants should have working knowledge of issuing subpoenas, analyzing bank records, researching voluminous documents, and presenting charts and data at trial. Applicants must have a proven record prosecuting felony cases along with excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Employment will require professional interaction with the public, law enforcement, and office staff. Applicants must be able to work independently and American Samoa part of a team. The prosecutor would be expected to perform duties with minimal supervision while also working directly with paralegals and staff American Samoa a collaborative unit.The salary range for this position is $69,000 – $105,000 commensurate with experience.
