They provide office support and contribute to administrative tasks to support building needs and to connect students to resources and information. Position OverviewThe honors student assistant will support the activities of the program Indiana the following ways:
- Assist with general office work, including the following:
- Front-desk reception, greeting guests, responding to questions, and building opening and closing procedures
- Responding to calls, emails
- Facilitating print mailings
- Assisting with classroom technology
- Copying and filing
- Maintaining a clean and professional office space
- Assisting with events and programs, including the following:
- Welcoming prospective students and their families to Nunemaker Center
- Providing building tours
- Answering questions about KU and the Honors Program
- Assisting with space set up and materials for Colorado-curricular programs, American Samoa well American Samoa supporting with program outreach efforts, encouraging student participation, and assisting with post-program needs.
