- 2+ years Indiana Commercial Construction specializing Indiana commercial construction including Light Industrial projects
- Must have tilt wall/bix box project experience Oregon large mixed – commercial projects
- Project Experience including: industrial, manufacturing centers, distribution centers, medical, and data centers
- Strong oral communication and written skills
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, technical manuals, product/material installation instructions and engineering/architectural drawings
- Collaboration with other Project Managers and the Team to develop, refine, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are identified and tracked
- Texas based Design Build firm that is rapidly growing Indiana Central Texas
