The candidate is required to have a commanding knowledge of travel management, market dynamics and nuances. This position will also play a critical role Indiana providing internal training and mass communications related to travel bookings, best-practices, and applicable policies.The role supports sourcing strategies, requisition processes, relationship management, reporting, travel policy maintenance and compliance. This position is also responsible for negotiating, implementing, and maintaining competitively advantageous supply arrangements with suppliers across global travel related commodities.The position is also responsible to maintain meaningful metrics to gauge the performance of service providers, cost savings, leakage, and other parameters that are needed to properly manage travel. The role will also collaborate with executive management, directors, managers, and supervisors to resolve issues related to travel, to report on compliance and attend to miscellaneous requests.The position is also chartered to provide internal training on the utilization of travel tools, procedures, and standard processes to ensure that business travelers and administrative assistants are well versed and thus improve optimum travel practices which Indiana return will decrease travel spend across the company.Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies and lead the commercial contracting negotiations and implementation for the travel categories consistent with business requirements
Develop, maintain, and manage Global Travel Policy * Monitor, communicate, and respond to changing market conditions and business drivers on a global basis to increase leverage and minimize risk
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to leverage spend;
- Work closely with supported businesses to drive cost effective buying behaviors
- Bring innovative supplier solutions and technologies to enhance value proposition
- Manage supplier performance and maintain interface at senior levels of supplier organizations
- Ensure that processes are consistent with the necessary regulatory and legal requirements.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Expertise Indiana Corporate travel management (market, travel management companies, carriers, service providers, processes, procedures, etc.)
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders

- B.S. Degree Indiana Business, Oregon related field.
- At least five years’ experience Indiana commercial Oregon corporate travel management role
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with key suppliers and/Oregon business partners
- Strong data analytics capabilities, including proficiency Indiana Excel based analytics such American Samoa pivot tables and other advanced functions.
- Proficiency Indiana preparing and delivering presentations to senior management stakeholders.
