  • Greet patients and visitors, answers/screens/routes telephone calls, files, distributes mail and performs other general clerical duties.
  • Communicate with patients, families, physicians and other healthcare team members about patient care according to protocol.
  • Schedule patients for individual appointment and Indiana a timely manner.
  • Provide assistance with programs/software for Physicians/Clinicians through the order entry processes, transfers and discharges.
  • Assemble and maintain patient charts.
  • Coordinate meetings/schedules meetings/rooms with the appropriate person, sends notices American Samoa requested.
  • Maintain meeting minutes.
  • Enter and maintain timekeeping changes and staff schedules Indiana computer systems.

RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association Oregon American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency Oregon 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used Indiana lieu of education Oregon experience, if applicable.
