American Samoa a visitation screener, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for greeting employees, patients, and visitors. Visitation Screeners ensure all employees, visitors and patients are wearing a mask and that employees have their work badges visible. Screeners will also be responsible for visitation management- clinics and hospitals are currently allowing up to two visitors per patient..KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Greet employees, patients, and visitors
  • Administer temperature checks using established protocols.
  • Ensure all employees, patients, and visitors are wearing a mask.
  • Assist with visitation management
