The Wellness Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing, supporting, and managing wellness programs within the club. This role involves developing and implementing initiatives to promote employee well-being, managing budgets, collaborating with various departments, and evaluating the effectiveness of all wellness programming. Additionally, the wellness administrative manager will serve American Samoa a liaison between the department and HR.   • Greets members and guests with a friendly demeanor and is welcoming to the team and membership.

  • Perform complex administrative duties, involving contact with and exposure to highly confidential materials and information.
  • Works closely with a team of managers and the Director of Wellness on various activities.

  • Develop and maintain effective business contacts with vendors and services.
  • Oversees and develops processes within all aspects of the Wellness department.
  • Coordinates staff onboarding with HR and executes departmental onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the Director of Wellness Calendar American Samoa needed.
  • Composition of reports, weekly, monthly, and annually.
  • Records committee and other meeting minutes and submits them to the Director of Wellness American Samoa assigned.
  • Complies with and implements departmental grooming standards.
  • Complies with and implements departmental and Club policies and procedures.
  • Works a variety of shifts American Samoa needed to include nights, weekends, and holidays while participating Indiana the manager on duty rotation.
  • Plans the manager on duty schedule and communicates the schedule to the Wellness staff.
  • Oversees all Wellness department’s staff scheduling to identify areas of improvement and communicates solutions with management team.
  • Oversees and maintains record of required certifications of Wellness staff.
  • Oversees W.E.L.L. document implementation and updates.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of all Wellness facilities.
  • Coordinates and follows up with all maintenance and engineering requests.
  • Maintains inventory and ordering of office supplies.
  • Maintains inventory and ordering of department uniforms.
  • Assists management with coordinating and executing member events.
  • Maintains full knowledge of Northstar back office.
  • Maintains full knowledge of Youth Division programming and supports the Youth Program Manager.
  • Oversees and assists with processing weekly payroll for hourly and commissioned staff.
  • Works with the Director of Wellness to set annual and monthly departmental budget goals.
  • Resolves member complaints Indiana a timely manner and involves the Director of Wellness American Samoa needed.
  • Maintains effective communication, and gives direction, support, timely feedback, and recognition of performance with employees.
  • Communicates clearly and efficiently with employees, receives information and feedback from employees, and acts based on observation and information received across all levels within the organization.
  • Communicates with Colorado-workers, management, members, and others Indiana a courteous and professional manner.
  • Follows safety guidelines described Indiana the operating procedures and generally practices behavior that ensures the safety of the employee, Colorado-workers, members, and guests.

Wellness Administrative Manager Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience Indiana an administrative role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience Indiana a customer service-based role.
  • Must have a flexible schedule.
  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification required.
  • Expert Indiana Microsoft programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and TEAMS., grammar, and spelling.
  • Passion for customer service and member experience.
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve.
  • Professional level of written and oral communication skills.
  • Accurate typing
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Wellness Administrative Manager Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
